CMRC coordinates the development and provision of a range of services for all people living with a disability, their families and carers. We promote individual well-being, dignity and choice in the broader Australian society. Our team comprises of passionate and professional multi-lingual workers to provide you with the best support available.

CMRC offers a range of coordination supports to strengthen your choices including: Support Connection, Coordination of Supports and Specialist Support Coordination.

Our coordination of supports can assist you navigate the disability service system by providing information, advice and support. We will make sure you understand your NDIS plan and then connect you with the people and supports that will enable you to live the life you choose.

WHAT WE DO

As a registered NDIS service provider, CMRC can provide the following services:

• Assisting you at home with personal care activities
• Assistance with domestic activities at home such as household tasks
• Overnight respite at your home
• Assistance to participate in community activities of your choice
• Increase your life skills such as cooking, travel training and money management
• Centre-based group activities
• Assistance travel and transport
• Personal and physical training
